River Pointe Apartments

0/10 recommend living here. These are the absolute WORST APARTMENTS in Valley Station hood. They steal off your patio, flood and the management is the worst I’ve seen to date. They find any and I mean ANY reason to not accept your rent so they can charge you late fees. Work with the towing company to have your cars towed without providing proper notice and will financially screw you over any chance they get! The apts have the worst water pressure, poorly built and they want you to have $500k for renters insurance cause tenants keep catching them on fire. I’m surprised they haven’t been reported. Richardson properties is the worst landlord to have in Louisville. These are one of the only apartments where you have to pay an additional water fee that was previously included in your rent. Weir

Wondering when someone will clean up all the trash littered all over the grass here that I see every time I step outside. Its been a month, they just keep mowing over the trash and leaving it. In response to the management- I wasn't aware tentants were expected to be putting in work orders for the property grounds. I would assume when someone cuts the grass they would also clean up the trash instead of cutting over it every week. Blaming the wind for the trash instead of taking accountability for it is pretty wild. Its the same trash sitting in the exact same spot for weeks now.. Please do better and dont project these problems onto the tenants or blame the wind.

Never Never Ever Move into these apartments they are actively working with tow truck agencies towing their own residents that pay rent !!!! splitting the money I presume because what else would be the reason??? they find any excuse to tow your car now they are paving and are threatening to tow everybody I talk to is not moving back again and the entire staff Is unprofessional I will be reporting to the better business bureau and they are deleting reviews

I was interested in moving here, but over the last few months, I’ve tried to call several times in order to check availability on apartments. And I have never got Through to the front office. I Was finally able to set up a tour, so I took off of work to accommodate them only being open until 2- and when I got there was no one there! The girl in the office is always in there watching a baby and not doing her job. Bad business it seems.

For these apartments being so new, we had countless issues that should not have been issues in the first place. Right off the bat, we had a crack in our shower and no power in the living room. Our upstairs neighbor’s washer leaked into our dryer vent and ruined all our brand new towels once, and then again after 2 years ruined the ceiling. Our ceiling was never repaired. The office does not answer their phone, nor are they ever even there on site, so good luck getting anything accomplished with them. And I cannot stress this enough, KEEP ALL YOUR DOCUMENTATION. MAKE COPIES. They will try to get as much money off you as they can manage. We had our rent raised twice in one year due to “lost paperwork” from a previous manager. And watch out for dog poo on the ground, since they charge everyon
