I inquired with a few rental companies before I came across River City Asset Management. And I must say their communication far exceeds any Management property in Memphis. Jennifer, was our agent. She listened, she was patient, and she advocated for us with the home owner. Not only that, she moved QUICK! We can't wait to get the keys to our home. I'll come back with an update in a few months!

This company just took over my lease not even 2 weeks ago. If, I could give them a 0 that's what they would get from ME! What a jacked up 1st impression of them. My house have no HEAT!!! You would think someone would call with understanding in there voice. No rude from the bat, I don't like this company at ALL.. I would never rent from them AGAIN & would love to encourage my landlord to find a different management company!!!
