The complex is now called “Confetti Condo”. I have lived here for over a decade. This complex used to be great, but it has gone downhill fast. Do not be fooled by how quiet it looks during the day—once you move in, the reality is very different. Safety & Security Issues: We pay for security, but it feels like a waste of money. The guards are young and mostly just drive around. When we report issues, they often say, "By the time we get there, they will be gone," or "Next time call the police, there isn't much we can do." • Intruders: We have had homeless individuals taking showers in the community jacuzzi.
