Overall Satisfaction: Everything went perfectly smoothly. I appreciated the alacrity with which the team moved to help us close on a very short timeline. Sales Experience: There was still some confusion about the transition from LANDSEA to Risewell. I understand it takes time for a person to come up to speed, but when answers were unknown, we were never offered a follow-up or more information. So we went online to research on our own. Construction Experience: Bryan and (I think his name was Zach?) were awesome, helpful, and had great attitudes, plus follow-through. Home Delivery: Bryan followed through on every last item. He's a great asset to Risewell.

Customer Care/Service Experience: Horacio Gonzalez, our Customer Service Representative, did a fantastic job getting us settled into our new home and quickly helped resolved any issues and/or problems with our home in a timely manner. Windows/Sliding Glass Doors: The Sliding Door 'Screen' can be difficult locking on occasion. Heating & Air Conditioning: Only a one degree difference between upstairs (3rd floor) and downstairs (2nd floor). Doors: Overall great garage system, especially the battery backup! One improvement, the Garage door did not work natively with Apple HomeKit (Siri), needed to buy a separate unit to integrate garage with 'smart' home.
