Rise built me a large Outbuilding on my property. Charlie, and Adriana helped me thru the design process to get everything that I wanted. They are great listeners and made this Outbuilding/Garage happen. Once we were about to brake ground my Outbuilding, project Manager Danny came by and introduced himself. Danny did a great job keeping me informed of what was happening next and when. The communication between myself and Rise Co. was great. Never had a problem getting in touch with any of them. They responded to messages left, emails, and text messages. My Outbuilding is done, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Tom

We built while Suzie was transitioning out which was probably unfortunate timing. Craftmanship was marginal at best with some of the subs. I'm still fixing things that were done wrong like screwing tp holders and towel bars into drywall only and not using molly anchors at a minimum, along with, remounting a wall mounted laundry tub which was also only into wood framing at one of the 2 anchor points, not cool with a tub full of water. There is actually a pretty long list of things that needed to be fixed/repaired. We were accused by the super of doing a couple of things that we did not do, again one of the subs. We've been working with Rise Construction for a few months on the design, contract administration and permitting for our new home. Suzie Rise has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is unbelievably efficient and resourceful. Construction is just starting, so we'll be working with Charley Rise and his Superintendent Danny as our jobsite contact. Looking forward to the months ahead to get our legacy lake house built with Rise Construction. Update: It's been just two months since we turned our property over to Rise Construction to begin construction of our home, and the progress has been incredible!
