Legacy Title of Citrus

This is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with a real estate transaction. No communication, closing dates changed for a simple cash transaction deal. To this day we have yet to receive copies of the Deed or any copies of documents signed by the seller. This company and there staff need to be shut down as well as any Real Estate Agent that ties a sale to this company

As a local real estate agent in Citrus County, I always have an amazing experience at Express Title Company! Their service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for any title needs. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Express Title is one of our preferred title companies. We can always count on them to deliver exceptional service for our clients! I also use them for my personal real estate transactions as it brings me peace of mind knowing that they do a phenomenal job!

I do not recommend Express Title Services of Citrus, Inc. I had to do business with them because of a seller’s choice in closing. There were a few missteps taken on their side, but I will focus on the primary problem I had with them. Cindy Bescher, our title closing agent, has poor if not nonexistent communication skills. I never received a call, email, text, etc. regarding how I was to pay closing costs or when, UNTIL 8/30 @ 2:45 pm to have funds wired in THAT DAY…and for a 8/31 closing date. This is so rude and unprofessional!!! It is the job of the title company (who is getting paid) to prepare clients in a timely manner of when and how monies should be paid. Not an email at 2:45 pm for wire in funds THAT DAY for a next day closing! Wire in same day funds end at 4:00 pm!!!! She never ca

Laurie Gorman just closed a property we sold at auction in May, she was willing to meet me on the weekend after hours to get the contract. Since we are based 3+ hours away she handled everything without any hassles or issues. First time working with them and if ever in citrus County I will use them again.
