Ridgewood of Perrysburg

My overall experience being a resident at the Ridgewood apartments was not great during my little over a year living at the apartment complex. If you can find a better apartment complex in the area, then I would recommend avoiding this company that owns it. Pro(s): • Car port for the main vehicle of apartment for no additional cost • Washer and dryer included at no additional cost • Apartment was overall quite expect for noise through the hall from the front door. • Apartment neighbors were quite often and kept to themselves • Faculties support to fix or replacement something was quick and only had taken maybe a few days at a maximum. • Steam cleaned the carpet and appeared to have cleaned a little bit before I moved in. Con(s): • Very over priced for what you pay for being the quality

Not a safe environment, several issues with maintenance men coming into our apartment unannounced and for no reason (no service call placed). Cars broken into and porch furniture moved during the night. Price is also high for outdated space and area.

Affordable, safe, and includes washer and dryer in unit. We love living here!
