Lakes at Woodmont Apartments

My girlfriend and I recently moved out of Lakes at Woodmont and wanted to share our experience. We loved how convenient the location was. We were able to be in close proximity to everything we could ever need. I liked the pool, I liked the fitness center, it was a safe environment. The management was also incredibly friendly and responsive, but that doesn’t seem to actually help if you have an issue. The apartment itself was very well-maintained, and the in-unit laundry was a lifesaver, and the maintenance staff was pretty cool (shout out to Andy, best one of the bunch) On the other hand, we did have some issues with the unit in regards of cost…. As a vendor, working with The Lakes at Woodmont has been a great experience. The management team is very responsive, professional and friendly, willing to help you any time. The apartments, fitness center, space for your dog to play off-leashed, pool, lake and outdoor spaces are maintained to a high standard. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently. Location is a plus, close to restaurants and stores. We confidently recommend The Lakes at Woodmont as your new home!!

I had a minor issue in my place and within three hours Brandon came and fixed my issue. He was super nice, very polite and even took his shoes off at the door!! Thank you !! 😇

I spent two years living here. It was wonderful! Very friendly staff, responsive maintenance, quiet neighbors, and I always felt safe. I've lived in 3 apartment complexes and this was the best one!

It’s was beautiful to to live here and the lake was gorgeous but, when we moved in the place was not finished and they had to paint, fix the door handles and actually attach the knobs onto the cabinets. The stove was ripped up and a week later the washer gave out. I had to chase a man down who was in a golf cart to just come look at it bc the office would not answer. It was a beautiful place but in the beginning the management was very poor. The pictures are what I saw after receiving the keys to go into our first apartment together.
