Ridgewood Club Apartments

Military Friendly apartments. The building is older but maintenance works very hard and they’re very quick with trouble calls. They keep the whole complex clean. The office staff and maintenance is very friendly, they are willing to work without you if you give them notice. My packout was a nightmare (it was Homesafe) but the office staff worked without me from several states away. Definitely helped us out! The location is incredible, get a YMCA MEMBERSHIP, an amazing mechanic is next door, food, coffee, and a great park. It’s a safe place! Definitely would have stayed if i didn’t PCS. Family friendly!

I have lived at Ridgewood Club Apartments for 8 months now. I have not had any issue with getting things fixed in my apartment. The two ladies who work in the office are very pleasant and professional. It is obvious that their goal is to make you welcome and comfortable living in the community. There are a couple things that are still in needing of repair around the complex, but I understand they took the property over within the past year. Parking lot is a wreck as far as a pot holes being everywhere and the hallway; which divides the units needs painting and new carpeting. Neighbors can be inconsiderate and loud as well, but you encounter that at other complexes. I reside in a two-bedroom unit. Is very spacious and perfect for my living needs. I moved into Ridgewood Club and wasn't able to stay due to an unfortunate situation. I am very pleased to say they worked hard to correct the issue and bottom line, they did the right thing. They were always kind and respectful and resolved things in a quick manner.

This is ridiculous! I'm not surprised being that everything around here HAS fell short of addressing, understanding, and meeting the tenants needs. This picture was earlier this morning. I'm no longer on the premises. This parking lot flooding issue needs to be addressed. This is quite the recipe for a cake in the face of the ones who have kept up their rent payments, when others weren't making that a priority. In this day and time, you can't just trust anyone to come in your home for "maintenance". This is a great disappointment and liability. At least, Mr. Love was honest, respectful, empathetic and just like another family member. He took great pride in maintaining this complex, like it was his own and the tenants were made to feel like guest instead of unexpected freeloaders. God bless

My family and I have lived at Ridgewood Club for a couple of years now with no problems. the office staff is absolutely amazing, the maintenance team is prompt and super friendly! Our neighbors are super chill and it has been a pleasure to live here.
