Startled process few weeks ago due to previous landlord bein horrible and selling house was in for 10 years these guys have been honest na great the whole time I've had. Couple like issues come up after moving in and they were very fast n prompt same day getting it repaired they have been very nice polite m honest with me n my family every step of the way hope to stay m home in now with them for very long time

Been renting with them for 8 years. I have paid my rent on time consistently and have had maybe 3 maintenance issues. During Covid, I had some siding coming off the house, and while it took a couple of week to get a repairman out, I understood that there was only one office manager working and that they were prioritizing maintenance calls by emergency, and a little siding isn’t an emergency. I had a leak in my sink in the kitchen once before and they had someone out within a day of reporting it. I would definitely recommend renting from Ridgelake.

Great company to rent from Ms. Tiffany is awesome. The repairmen are nice and always cordial. I have only had a few instances where I needed repairs and once I put them in via their website someone always immediately came out. I understand that others have had issues but my experience with this company has been nothing but great. I would rent from them again if needed

When I tell you this company is by far the worst to rent through!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! Office staff Tiffany is very rude and unprofessional! I lived at 5366 Haleville Memphis Tn 38116. First day I moved into the home there was problems. Kitchen sink had stand still water when you ran water to wash dishes. Plumber had to be called out. Second week toilet stopped up they had to call someone to come and fix that problem. House had terrible ants in summer time. The kitchen floor had fell in. Attached a picture below. Actually had to call code enforcement out to the home on 3 separate occasions. All of which were safety violations. Kitchen floor was patched up with ply wood(still a safety violation). This is one of the worst rental companies that I have ever rented from! I’ve lived in my previous home for a year and three months now. When I first signed my lease my home was previously owned by a private owner. Then December 31, 2017, my home was purchased by a new owner and Ridgelake Property Management became my new rental company. I informed them of everything that needed to be fixed in my home. The only thing they have done was replaced the roof and replace some wood on the outside of the house. I have squirrels in my attic. Just recently I had two baby squirrels dig a hole through my daughter wall in here room. Thank God her dresser was in front of where they dogged the hole at. Now my 8 year old daughter is terrified to sleep in her own room. I have a leak in my bathroom sink that
