Richmond Resort

I’ve been a resident at The Resort for almost two years now and it has been a wonderful experience. I live in a 1 bedroom/1 bath and its layout is very open and spacious. I love spending time on my balcony when the weather is nice and enjoying the view. Both pools and the gym are well kept and clean. The grass, parking lots, sidewalks, and roads are always maintained as well. Rent is easy to pay through the mobile app. Those who work at the office are always nice, friendly, and there to answer questions and assist in anyway they can. The location is very convenient for getting anywhere around town as well. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place in Richmond!

We would be happy to provide you with our experience and thoughts of Richmond Resort. We absolutely love our apartment and the community. We live in a two bedroom apartment that is spacious and has beautiful flooring. Enjoying our balcony provides us with a peaceful and quiet time with a picturesque view. Additionally, we love the swimming pool and the clean, easily- accessible exercise room. The location of the property is great and we value having such nice neighbors with friendly, professional management, contacting them to get any questions answered, and paying our rent through the app is easy and convenient. We are extremely pleased with Richmond Resort and look forward to many years of this gorgeous property and apartment being our home.

I moved in The Resort in December 2024. Signed for another year in December 2025. I’ve been a renter for 12 years and The Resort apartments has been the best place I’ve lived so far. Beth and the office staff are extremely helpful. Maintenance guys are quick to fix. I have a smaller 2x2 and the place still feels spacious. Upgraded appliances and no carpet throughout the unit. It is definitely worth the rent. At the present, I would recommend living here.

I’ve lived here since December of 2022. I’m just now moving into a bigger apartment in a building next to my old one because I didn’t want to move too far away from my wonderful neighbors. Which I have great neighbors in my new building too. The management here has been wonderful working with me through all my time here. Maintenance has been here when I needed them and have even helped me on a few extras on their off time. This is a quiet place and has a lot of friendly people here. We’ve had pot lucks with the neighbors, poker party’s and other get togethers. If you want your privacy we respect that too. The pools are great in the summer and the gym is top notch. We have lived at The Resort 2 years, each year it gets better with Amenities, new pool, new gym and you can not find a more maintained Apt complex as The Resort!! The mgt is easy to work with and makes everything easy to do, from paying rent to maintenance request! If you want an incredible place to live in Richmond. The Resort is the perfect location for everyone!!
