The apartments at chariot run are not safe for children period. At night drug addicts and homeless roam through the property and some break in cars I suppose this why they require you to renters insurance. The mini hot water heaters run out so dont take showers using both bathrooms at the same time. They are new so 1 of 2 good things to this place the other is maintence they are on the issue usually under 24 hours recommend you stay clear of any near the rail road tracks the trains are rather loud aka the homeless highway as its known out here in the area. When is safe for our kids to go play out side I'll up my rating on this place alittle

Tess is a terrible person. Trying to force seniors out of their homes and sign papers.. Dosen't care about anyone. Wait til section 8 hears the latest. Be warned about Tess. Any company that would have her is totally sickening.

0/10 recommend. The worst landlords I’ve seen in Louisville THUS FAR! Will make it hard on you any chance they get whether you’re a tenant or trying to move. Come up with random agreements and reasons to not accept your rent so they can charge you additional fees or send you to eviction court. Very strict about their premises but don’t have the same requirements for all properties such as rental insurance, water agreements and etc. They will willingly put you in a bind as they don’t care if you’ve lost a job or etc, even after communicating. They say one thing and do another. Move here at your own risk. I would post my receipts but I’ll save it for a day in court if they try to evict us again after adhering to their ridiculous requirements. Landlords are smart mouthed and will cause you to
