Rhonda Mullins

I never worked with Rhonda Mullins, but the CMG team members I did work with was very unprofessional. No one answered their phone when I had questions regarding the process or documents needed. They only spoke to me through email. My closing date was pushed back a week without informing me first and held up the moving company. If CMG is going to have multiple people processing one client documents, they should all be on the same page. I had to submit some documents twice because they didn't communication or turnover properly. Too many hands in the pot.
