We’ve had a great experience here. From the application process to getting our keys and 7 months later. Everyone has been great, Melissa and Isabelle have always been super helpful, we even rented the club house here for our baby shower and had a great experience!! All our guest loved the clubhouse. Our apartment has been great and any issues have always been addressed immediately. They were even so generous shortly after coming home from the hospital with our new baby they gifted us matching outfits for our little girls & a pack of diapers! No other place has treated us so amazing!! Thank you all so much for your attention to detail! We had a wonderful experience moving in yesterday, it was quick, organized, and smooth. The entire staff here is super efficient and friendly, and our initial hiccup with the apartment unit selection was handled professionally and positively. My husband and I are excited to be residents of Rewind and look forward to being part of this community. Thanks to Jenna, Isabel, and Melissa! We also love the move-in specials, amenities, all the sunlight our plants get, and the amazing balcony views. We also love how quiet it is here being so close to i25.

Great living experience and beautiful apartments. Melissa, Isabell, and Jenna are great to work with and are very accommodating! Maintenance always came promptly and got any issue fixed promptly. Highly recommend living here!

Living here for 7 months now. The community is nice, but people leave their dog poop everywhere & it's not enforced. We also just got an extremely annoying email saying that we can't store out bikes on the patio anymore. The reason we got this place was because it had a patio for our bike. We live in Colorado Springs where people like doing outdoor recreation, where else are we supposed to keep them? Do they expect us to pay $200 a month for one of their vacant storage units they keep sending emails about & have signs all over the complex just to store our bike? Absolutely ridiculous. What they sent in an email: "All bicycles, including children’s bicycles, must be stored in designated areas and are not permitted on patios or balconies." What designated area? They just want us to pay for
