Retama Park

I have lived at RP for over a year. I WAS truly happy here until new management took over this summer. The previous management (you know who you were) kept our complex safe and clean. They had maintenance hustling and our gates in proper working condition. Don’t believe the false (paid) reviews posted a month ago. I live here and it’s disgusting here!! I’ll show you recent pictures of this place. There is always trash everywhere! Additionally, you can never get a hold of anybody in the office. And after hours # is sometimes not set to go to on call or emergency services. So I’ve had to deal with loud neighbors without being able to contact security. Now there are car break ins and people can get in the gates!! The gates never work. I’m really wanting to break my lease now!!

Management is wonderful! The manager, Sarah Lopez is professional and great. She has the entire complex looking beautiful and safe to live. This is the first time in a long while that I feel so comfortable and happy living here , this is home thanks to Mrs. lopez and her staff!

*** I wanted to give an update, as the property has gone above and beyond to correct the issues in my previous review. The new management and maintenance team are very personable and have done a phenomenal job over the last few months. I’ve lived here at Retama Park for a little over a year now. For the most part it’s been a great experience, until recently. The property is under new management and it is starting to decline. People place their trash outside the dumpsters when it’s not full, they litter all over the ground and it is left for weeks. Not to mention the pest problems and the gates are always broken. I really love my little apartment but, they need to step it up and get things under control. I’m hoping I can come back to this review in a few months and give Retama Park 5 sta

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the sheer beauty and meticulous care evident throughout the property. Let's delve a little deeper into what makes this location so special. When I say "the premises are impeccable," I'm talking about a level of cleanliness and maintenance that goes above and beyond. Every corner I turned, from the walkways to the common areas, exuded a sense of pristine order. It's clear that a great deal of pride and effort goes into ensuring the entire environment is flawlessly maintained, creating a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere for everyone. What truly elevates this place, however, is the exceptional team of people who work here.

The new management is excellent. Mrs. Yolanda Elizondo is very attentive, quick to respond to inquiries, and takes immediate action. She made the move-in process simple and turned it into a truly positive experience.
