I won't sugar coat the reality of this place, it's pretty strict. Management has been under pressure from the residents regarding parking permits. The company hired a third party towing company and has affected the community in a negative way. Many people have payed up to thousands of dollars for this insignificant matter. Besides that, for the amount of money you pay, you can find peace renting a house to own.

Do not try this place unless you want roaches in your belongings. I “moved in” about two weeks ago. Yes, my things were in the apartment, but I never unboxed my things nor did I stay there because there were ROACHES of ALL SIZES, including their eggs. It was an infestation. I reported it and they basically said that it was me that caused it, mind you, I wasn’t “living” in it yet because of this ENORMOUS PROBLEM. I was told that the previous tenant was very clean and hardly had furniture. Obviously that wasn’t the case and the previous tenant probably left because of it, Well, it hadn’t been a day and I noticed how infested it was. A “professional” went and did its job and I was told I couldn’t go in until 24 passed. I waited, hoped for the best but still found roaches. The worse part was t

Honestly moved in with the expectation of a comfortable living space and I found out that dream was short lived. There’s a roach infestation and I’ve contacted Erica and nothing has been done, however I gave her the benefit of the doubt so I attempted to contact her again and I was still ignored. I have a feeling the management doesn’t like being bothered so I guess this is going to get buried like every other concern or complaint

Renting for 6 months so far. Erica and the other girl in the office have always been friendly and helpful. I love that the grass is always maintained and outdoor area always looks well kept and cleaned. It's a peaceful and relaxing scenery. Other than 2nd-3rd floor ceiling being too thin (lots of stomping and running sounds) i have not had any issues or complaints. Any service or maintenance i requested has always been fixed within a timely manner.

Bad management. I went to over to apply for an apartment and I felt rushed, lady did not help me at all. She was telling us that they close at 5:30pm and that she wasn't even supposed to be helping me fill out the application because she had other stuff to do. The apartments over all are nice look clean. Personally I would not be there if I have to deal with someone like that.
