This is by far one of the worst places I've ever lived. The building has Roaches and they think spraying individual apartments will help! They have never addressed the main issue! My livingroom ceiling has leaked repeatedly, and is now stained. People constantly do drugs, and the apartments that are "remodeled" are done with the cheapest garbage materials. (The white kichen and bathroom cabinets are basically painted white particle board, and the dishwasher doesn't fit correctly so much so that when you open the door the entire countertop shifts and when you close it you have to lift it!) The materials aren't only cheap but it's very poor work! The rent has so many hidden fees it's ridiculous! When I moved in I was quoted a price of 1525. My rent is now over 1700. Where do I start? My rent starting off was 1595 and now it’s 1750 because of additional electric fees and parking that they don’t enforce and gas. Next is the parking They charge you an extra five dollars to park next to the building and they never enforce it. Also, if you’re disabled and you need to park near the building, don’t recommend this place. There’s never a space to park for disabled people. Next is a big one. They have roaches and rats and they say they have a private company come to spray, but I’ve literally seeing a roach one day they sprayed and then seen the same roach the next day. It doesn’t do anything. Someone else who lives here as well has had a rat live with them for months. They have consistently reported it and nothing has been done other than sticking some stuff

I’m extremely frustrated with the way management has handled the rat problem in my apartment. These are rats, not mice they’re about the same size as the traps that were put down. Despite how serious this issue is, management has shown no urgency to fix it. When pest control came out, they only placed a few traps. When I asked if more could be added, I was told that’s all the technician was “allowed” to do and that I would need to buy additional traps myself. That’s completely unacceptable. I first reported concerns about the HVAC room in my apartment on 6/29/24 and even sent photos showing the problem. The new maintenance guys don’t fix anything! They do a patch over anything they can and mark it complete without actually doing the work. Water has leaked in my home my entire year lease here from the washer/dryer area and the front window. They have come out several times but clearly never fix the problem.
