R Flores Guzman it’s a very, very awesome maintenance man. He is always on point. He is always looking and finding the problem and helping out whatever the problem is my apartment was cold for two days and on Sunday, February 2 at 9:50 in the morning he was here and fixed the problem right on point. I really really appreciate him.

Me and my sister have been living at Renewbanbury Lake for almost a year now and have never had any real complaints. The property is kept clean, the maintenance services have always been prompt, the staff friendly, and the apartment itself met our expectations from the start. But what calls for a review is the outstanding customer service experienced in a recent trial. We had an issue with extreme water damage due to a tenant above us(whom is now no longer a resident) flooding their bathroom. Not only did we get prompt, polite, informative, and friendly service from Jay the FM at the time of the flooding when we called it in; but the property manager, Bill, has gone above and beyond to make sure that both me and my sister have had a smooth and easy transition into a new unit on the propert

This is some of our experiences in Banbury Apartments. This was the WORST rental we have ever had. Krystal does not care about you or the condition of the apartment that you pay rent for every month. From day one we had ROACHES and bugs . We had roaches nesting in our clothes drawers, crawling on our bed, walking on the walls and ceilings and of course in our pantry food. The ONE time pest control was a sticky paper trap placed by the refrigerator. On move in day, We had a nasty stove/oven and dryer/washer. The dishwasher did not dry the dishes, the carpet was not vacuumed, it had 3 huge brown stains in a bedroom and the carpet was left soaking wet. The apartment smelled of wet carpet for a month. We had a huge hole behind the toilet for months. The drywall was never fixed until we moved

I was able to move in the same day as my tour all thanks to Melissa. She was extremely helpful, polite and answered all my questions. Happy with this fresh start!

Do not rent from this place. They are responding to people on the reviews with lies. Which is just in their nature I guess with the way I was treated here. Mass amounts of bugs, leaks, unstable neighbors, shootings, holes in the wall, and black mold to the point we had to throw away every single item in our house out and we were forced to break our lease (which costs $6k) and move out with nothing, and I mean nothing but with a few photo albums that had no black mold and the clothes on our backs. The reason we had to pay $6,000 and leave is because we called our renters insurance to tell them about all our stuff that was ruined and apparently the owner or manager got to them first, lied and said it was our fault because we didn’t open all the windows (windows that were painted shut) when d
