Renaissance Village

Their lunch is supposed to be from 12pm-1pm. I showed up at 1:05 & a woman’s voice came through the window saying “I’m on my lunch”. There’s several other people in there & none of them came out to assist. I was interested in renting but not anymore.

If I can give this place a zero I would. I’ve been here way too long and this is the worse it has been. Management sucks and although she may give notices she does not follow through, she’s not consistent, and it’s rare to see her out on the property. On top of that when you go into the office she is unprofessional.

This is place is horrible. You go out to get in your car and see what looks to be like brain matter in your car port. There have been a number of problems with these apts. I could go on and on. Please don't move in here.

I have friends that applied, they make you pay between 100 and 150 dollars, they say that you will get the money back if you dont qualify, but they keep the money, i dont know anybody who got their money order reimbursed, another scam! Welcome to america

Called them a few months ago to get a place for my mom and they took weeks to return my call and were some how offended that I took her else where. Others might have had a good experience once they moved in but I am just sharing my experience.
