Aspire Rialto Apartments

I lived at Aspire Apartments in Rialto for several years and overall had a mostly positive experience, which is why I’m giving it 3 out of 5 stars. The location is definitely one of its best features. It’s a five-minute walk to Walmart Neighborhood Market, Starbucks, Taco Bell, and several other convenient restaurants and shops. The Renaissance Center is just a quick five-minute drive away with even more options, including a movie theater and nice dining spots. The neighborhood itself is generally quiet, and most of our neighbors were kind and respectful. However, there were a few downsides. The laundry facilities on-site are expensive and your only option unless you go to one of the two nearby laundromats within a mile. Aspire Rialto is a breath of fresh air. I just moved in a few days ago and I'm pretty pleased with the interior and exterior of my apartment complex. This is the first time in a long time that my place actually feels like home. The community manager Terry is very nice, informative, helpful and gets things done. The only thing that could use a refresh would be the parking lot. It needs a repaving soon but other than that it's been GREAT so far!

Stray cats everywhere, raccoons, hard to get parking, cars consistently blocking entrance, exit and throughout complex. Sometimes homeless camp/sleep outfit behind the sign for the complex. The gardeners are always so loud and start so early annoyingly. Kids scream at the top if their lungs for hours on end

The new ownership and management is a joke. The office is rarely open, they do not ever return calls, answer emails and if you call the new management company you're sent to a machine that ends the call and if by some miracle it transfers you to a person that person will not answer. Been ignored for months. I've called the number they leave us with poor reviews and no one ever answers. New management charges us double for some utilities and will not pay us back for it despite such utilities not even offered here. They give some excuse and pretend it never happened. Under new management my utilities have all doubled and even some tripled much to my confusion since I use a lot less than ever before. We pay for washing machine water now too apparently. I’m trying to be very mindful and as considerate as possible writing this review. I’ll start off by saying that I’ve lived here for almost 9 years and up until last year when the new owners took over it was actually a pretty easy place to live. There was great communication from the previous owners and management. I will say the maintenance guy, Juan, is kind and great at fixing up these apartments as best as he can. First complaint: There’s absolutely no communication. The pool has been closed off and on since May with no warning or notice. It’s saddening when we get our kids ready to go swimming only to find the pool is locked and there’s a handwritten or typed sign on the pool gate informing the tenants it’s closed.
