Crossings Apartments

Office is never open. Even when the time states they're open they're not. Maintance takes forever. I've been waiting for 3 weeks to get things fixed in my apartment. I had to replaced my own air filters, shower facets, and fix the leak in my kitchen sink. They're only "on it" once a year when the fire department comes to do they're inspection.

Security. Safe. Pool. Use of BBQ area and pool . Clean and maintenance takes care request in a timely manner

So i stay at the crossing apartments with my family had many mangers come and go but this 1 manger Delilah Garcia didnt know me She always sent out threatened notices about giving me eviction blame my daughter for messing with camera my son burning stuff had no proof i be there for 13 years never cause problems but the neighbors jump on my daughter we had a police report but they kick us out like trash i wish i can give them no stars i call corporate but they was friends no one help us we was treated unfair

Beautiful caring place to live Staff is curtious and very quickly on any concerns or issues u may have
