Customer Reviews
This was a truly horrific living experience. By their own admission the flooring is absurdly cheap and breaks down. This was worsened because the plumbing clogged and flooded at least once a month. Nearly no outlets worked. I could go on, but in generally living on at St Andrew’s was a dingy and exhausting situation. The owner is in Colorado or something and is frustratingly difficult to contact which made it impossible to address anything. Finally, despite spending days deep cleaning the apartment, and with almost no wear and tear, we were charged about an extra $500 at move out. Please reconsider moving in.
Absolutely love the space and view. Two of the maintenance that I know of Travis and Nate are always on top of any issues in which i have not really had many issues. And the office staff are professional, awesome and understanding. Kim and Meagan are the best. I've lived up here for almost four years in all three different floor plans(for specific reasons) and they're all beautiful inside.
If you enjoy living at a property that is constantly in a state of disrepair, you will likely enjoy this place. They refuse to address very clear issues and make up excuses when asked about it. When I inquired about getting a garage for my vehicle and why several garages are always left open with nobody using them, I was told they were "waiting for parts to fix the garages." I'm sorry, but it doesn't take 4+ months to get parts to fix a garage. They simply do not care enough to address the problems. In addition, the office staff are not particularly friendly.
You would be BEYOND STUPID to ignore the bad reviews and move here regardless. My roommate and I moved in together into an apartment here and had an overall worse than terrible experience. We moved into cockroach-infested, warped flooring, cigarette reeking apartment that the previous tenant sabotaged and the complex didn't clean fully before we moved in. And to make things worse, our downstairs neighbors smoked weed almost every night that would seep into our unit. My roommate and I did so much cleaning to fix the place to be livable. We bought cockroach killer and air purifiers. Cleaned more than we should've had to... The HORRORS of living in this apartment complex: Renaissance St. Andrews Apartments! One neighbor of ours told us a bat got into his apartment. Another neighbor told us th
🛑Updated Review – Unjust Charges & Unresponsive Management at Renaissance at St. AndrewsAvoid Renaissance at St. Andrews 🛑Apartments! I’ve had a terrible experience with management here. After living in the complex for over two years, I moved out on 2/17/25, turned in my keys, and was promised an email confirmation that never came. When I followed up, I found out I hadn’t even been moved out of the system. Every visit, there’s a different person in charge—one wasn’t even from this property. Maintenance had to verify my keys and confirm my unit was clean before I was officially moved out. Now, they’ve already hired and fired another manager, the office is locked with no response to tenants, and I’m here disputing an unfair $159 cleaning charge. Despite leaving my apartment in move-in read
