I could not believe the transformation. David and his team turned our apartment that was stuck in the 1950’s into a palace. In just three months, Renasiance Renovations gutted the whole apartment down to its studs and redid every corner with attention to detail. What is most impressive is that David and his team have been responsive and returned to take care of minor issues that have arisen. He, Xavier, and George come highly recommended.

Renaissance Renovations just finished a gut remodel of my apartment. I could not have asked for a better result--or a better contractor. The apartment looks better than I could ever have hoped. David's attention to detail was superb. For example, when he didn't think the radiator covers were in good enough shape, he had his workmen craft gorgeous new ones, even tough it wasn't in the original contract--and didn't increase his price even one cent to cover the work.
