Renaissance Property Management

I’ve had a great experience working with this property management company. Their team has been consistently professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication has been clear and timely, and they handle issues efficiently while keeping everything running smoothly.

I’ll be real, I usually hate property management companies and think HOAs are a total pain but these guys are actually decent. Every time I’ve reached out with a question about my dues they actually pick up the phone or call me back pretty quick which is rare. They treated me with respect and didn't act all stuck up like some of the other companies in town do. If you have to have an HOA then Renaissance is probably your best bet because they actually do there job.

My dog was killed by a renter next door who had a pit bull yesterday. I called Rodney because he manages our gated community about the neighbor having a pit bull against their lease. He never called back and the person answering the phone said there was nothing in HOA that said you couldn’t have a pit bull. These people haven’t paid rent in months…. Really?????? Rodney get it together!

Missmanages funds and has terrible communication about what the HOA money is being spent on. Should be ashamed of themselves. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Terrible Experience with Renaissance Property Management!!!!!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Renaissance Property Management. The leadership in this company is truly awful, and their lack of customer centricity is appalling (especially Susan). I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. The decision to drop Renaissance as our HOA management company was a unanimous one in our neighborhood, and for good reason.
