We've been using Register Real Estate for nearly 2 years for our home turned rental. J.C. is so straight forward, on top of everything, proactive, full of excellent advice, kind, and trustworthy. We feel incredibly well taken care of and appreciate his attention to our home and our tenant. He makes an out of state rental seem easy! Highly recommend!

I was new to using a property management company and Register property management was already managing a multi-unit that I purchased so I continued using them. It’s been an absolute dream. They have the tenants in check, they always get back to me right away. Their portal is super easy to navigate and my rent is always there and paid promptly each month. I spoke to the owner I bought my property from and he has used Register PM for all of his properties for years and years. If I ever buy more rentals I’ll 100% be using Register PM.

JC Register and his team have been diligently working as managers for my New Orleans property for over a year. After getting 2 new tenants for my 3-unit building, they have been fielding maintenance requests, checking on the property during extreme weather, and communicating as needed.

As out of state owners, it is very difficult for us to handle day to day or even monthly issues regarding our property. Register Real Estate has handled numerous issues for us within hours of notification, a task that would take us days to resolve. Our calls and emails are answered within hours, even faster if we note it to be "urgent." Highly recommend.
