Great place where my son lives! Friendly office staff, hard working maintenance team. They are always cleaning and working! Rob fixed our disposal quickly.

I was one of the first couple of Tenants on the property when the complex opened! My children loved it here and we miss it dearly, from the community neighbors, clubhouse, last night fitness center, amazing pool, lastly the Gas Grills. Unfortunately I re-applied & was denied due to my credit being lower than before 😞. Would love to be able to live here again.

I have been a resident of The Renaissance 7 months now. I could not be MORE PLEASED living here!! From the beginning it has been EXCELLENT service, professional and the best customer service. Melissa (no longer with company) was superior in helping me navigate the process!! Ms Renee kept me uplifted and encouraged. Crystal welcomed me with keys and my packet. She is so pleasant and helpful. I would be remissed if I did not give a high 5, two thumbs up a snap and a Z to the awesome maintenance man Clifton ( I call him Mr C) this guy is just super wonderful. Beautiful place, buttttttt; there are no elevators , cops always there for domestic violence/abuse. Children smoke weed at the bus stop, the garbage is always full the stairs are dirty, kids leave their bikes anywhere and get them stolen, they also lean or your cars when they are at play. The front office ppl are nice but they will find anyway to take your whole deposit for any little thing and not give you a receipt ! Hint nobody told me it was for section 8 or low income until I moved it and heard from a neighbour smh. They will tow even if you have a sticker and try to make you pay if they “didn’t see” . The maintenance men are very friendly and respectful. The park is not kid worthy. And they will scam you when you move out so be aware. They took $700 from my deposit for a stove pan a

KYISHA & YASMINE WERE TOP TIER WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE PROPERTY , PROCESS AND PAPERWORK! ITS MY FIRST TIME GOING THROUGH THIS PROCESS OF FINDING AN APARTMENT. THEY WERE GENUINE COMPASSIONATE SINCERE AND HAD A VERY WARM APPROACH . THEY REALLY TRY TO HELP NEW APPLICANTS OUT! THE APARTMENTS ARE TRULY BEAUTIFUL AND MODERN! I AM A MINIMALIST AND THESE ARE TRULY PERFECT AND MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR ONE PERSON OR TWO PPL( One Bedroom). THE WHOLE COMPLEX IS SUPER WELL MAINTAINED AND THE STAFF REALLY ENJOYS THEIR TENANTS! EVEN THOUGH DENIED FOR LACK OF CREDIT HISTORY AND AN ERROR ON CREDIT BUREAU ,THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS UPLIFTING AND THEY DEFINITELY GAVE ME A lot OF HOPE:).I PLAN TO FIX THE ERRORS AND APPLY AGAIN .IM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP.
