Every bad review on this apartment, should be believed. I recently visited my brother, and I didn't feel safe here at all. He has had multiple instances of people trying to break into his apartment, maintenance issues, and recently his truck was stolen (with all his equipment he uses for work). Unfortunately, there are no security cameras available to capture any crime that does happen. There is a gate, but it is non-functional. The management doesn't seem to care and continues to say that they have "increased their security measures". If this is the increase, I would have hated to see what it was before. This is by far the worst apartment you can live in! No security, gates don’t close, my truck was stolen and they did nothing to help. Homeless people walk around and steal things from your vehicles. And there have been break in attempts in 2 different buildings. The manager jack and the staff here are absolutely terrible and do not care to resolve or fix the leasing issues. They have gone against their lease multiple Times. And on top of this they don’t care to take accountability. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience living here has been nothing but stressful and disappointing. Maintenance requests go ignored for weeks, communication from management is almost nonexistent, and any issues you bring up are met with excuses instead of solutions. Basic living conditions aren’t taken seriously, and tenants are left to deal with problems on their own. The property looks nothing like what was advertised — constant noise, dirty common areas, and no sense of safety or accountability. I've been in this place for 3 months, and I'm very disappointed to be living here with my young children. It's very unsafe. Homeless men and women with their aggressive dogs have made this one of my worst nightmares. Yesterday, I saw them throw a white cat to one of their dogs, leaving it with serious injuries that may have caused its death. I don't feel safe leaving my wife alone in the apartment with my children because these people are doing drugs in the dumpsters or under the stairs. The charges they make are also excessive, and the amount of dog poop on the grass is unbelievable. You can't even walk through the green areas... If you have the opportunity to move to another place where there's more security, do it for the sake of your family.

By far the worst place I have ever lived, unsafe, unsanitary, the police even complained to me because they get called here so much, they are literally here at least 3x a week, I have been trying to get my water heater fixed for over a month after I even told them what was wrong with it and they don't believe me. Do not waste your money, there are a lot nicer apartments for A LOT LESS and less stress
