When we moved in, the house was poorly taken care of. For starters, the microwave was broken and one of the cabinets was broken. The house was on the market for 4 months and both of these could have been easily repaired before moving in. After a few weeks, the hot water heater broke. It took almost an entire month to repair. Now, the house doesn’t have air conditioning and it’s summer. I sleep with three fans on and ice packs in my bed and I still sweat in my sleep. I have the windows open and am doing everything I can. The rental company provides no help with AC or any cooling. Overall, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a housing company. My advice to anyone reading this is to go to timberline property management. They are tremendously better in my experience as a tenant.

This review for Lori and Ralph Lechner is long overdue! I cannot say enough good things about their integrity, professionalism, follow through, and even their mentorship of me as a budding real estate invester. I first met them in 2019 and they were immensely invaluable in helping me buy my first Colorado home. I was particularly impressed that Lori really took the time to discover my needs and goals and really got to know me as a buyer. Barb Stanley is simply amazing. I would recommend her to my family or friends without hesitation. My situation for buying and selling was unique due to my job and she tailor made a plan that went as smoothly as could be. Never any pressure, always followed up, always professional and friendly. Aside from the professionalism, her marketing options were second to none. We now consider Barb a friend, but will exclusively use her for any future real estate needs.

Met a great Realtor last week - Lucas Jensen! I meet a lot of realtors in the course of my work as a lender, but i have to say that Lucas stands out as one of the best - he's a real pro! We shared a client that closed on a new home last week and Lucas came through with world class service! Highly recommend him as a realtor!

I sold my home and bought a home using RE/MAX, Jeff Ryder. He would email contracts for me to sign. No explanation, just "here sign this." I never saw any bids on the home I sold, we just talked about the first bid over the phone. When I sold my home in Reno, NV, my realtor had all the bids, called me into his office (on a Sunday) and went over everything with me. Maybe this isn't a valid complaint, maybe this is just a CO realtor way of business. We went house hunting at his convenience. When I requested to look at homes during the weekend, he didn’t even take me, he had another random RE/MAX realtor take me. I placed a bid on a home at that time.
