RE/MAX Horizons manages several of our customers rentals. They have a great team, and we recommend using them for your property management needs.

I have used Re/MAX Property Management for managing my rental property for the past 32 years. During that time, they have found, cleared and maintained renters in my house with limited gaps. They ensured that I am informed of all actions and clear maintenance and service work. My rental income is timely and directly deposited. They coordinated and managed my recent 6-month upgrade of the property from circa 1990 to an up- to-date 2022 state, and rented the property immediately thereafter with a leased renter providing rent 40% higher than my previous tenants. Stable, well managed property managing of my property.

Edit 4/9/2024 Figured I would update my review, since we have been stationed back here, and as I planned, we are renting from REMAX again, and they are just as great as they were the previous 3 years we rented through them. They are very friendly, understanding and genuinely try to help when issues arise. The biggest difference this time is I am renting in an area with an HOA and I had no idea initially, and the owner and REMX received a notice due to the yard being long and I didnt have any lawn care items yet, but they werent negative about it or give much issue, they let me know I talked to them about what I was waiting on and that was that. They don’t communicate at all. They don’t work on behalf of the renter, just the landlord and it’s quite aggravating. I would also so they are unprofessional and really don’t care about the tenants. If you are a landlord, don’t use them. If you are a renter, you will get screwed and discriminated against like I have. I don’t like to complain, but I’m actually happy you are not renewing my lease. I don’t have to deal with y’all anymore. After paying on time and having professionals take care of the problems at the house because you won’t, and not ever having a consistent issue. This is how you treat a good tenant? Ok. Cool. Thanks for discriminating and giving me 30 days to leave the home AFTER you told me you we’re gonna renew for an extra monthly charge. For 33 years I sold real estate in Pensacola Florida. The company I worked with did not have a property management division. I referred every client that I had over 33 years to Re/Max Property Management because I knew about their integrity and work ethic. In 2015 I retired and moved to Wyoming. Re/Max Horizons has handled my personal properties since I left Pensacola. Every month I get a detailed, and correct statement. There is no company that can hold a candle to the integrity of RE/MAX, in my opinion.
