Justin and Tina were so helpful during our home buying process. Justin took my husband and I to atleast 30 homes in just 2 weeks. He gave us honest opinions on if the homes were worth the listing price, any issues that he seen with the homes and also the potential that some homes held that just needed a little work. Justin was always extremely responsive to our texts and provided us with many updates. He went above and beyond when we finally picked our forever home. He took the extra steps when reaching out to the seller realtor and even had our mortgage broker reach out to them. He was great with our toddler and understanding of our busy schedule. He knows the SE MI area very well and helped guide us into a great home. Never once did we feel pressured into any house that we did not fall in love with. When we did find the perfect house that we had to have, Justin went to bat for us and got the job done. This was also acknowledged by the selling agent several times also. Justin, Tina and and Dawn made the experience very easy from prompt showings to quick and easy paperwork. Jacob was patient, reliable and professional helping my elderly mother through the sale of her home. I live out of state and he saved me trips helping to coordinate some touch up work needed on the home - and he also did some of it himself. He made trips to my mother at her senior living apartment to facilitate ease of document signing and he also accompanied her to her financial institution to make sure things proceeded smoothly. He was patient with her pace and questions and the sale of the home was pretty quick, seamless and she received a reasonable price for the current market.
