Regency Palms

The tour was amazing. Cindy was amazing. Although we still shopping around, we really hope to stay there. It's a far from my job, and the bathrooms layout and design are a bit awkward lol but the rooms are very spacious. Kitchen is cute, living room spacious. Wish there was more storage space. The management team is what's convincing me to move in. They are really on top of everything!

I've been living here in the Regency palms Apartments since 2023 and when they where acquired by another company in 2024 , the new property mgmt really put a concerted effort in taking care of the property and the tenants as well. I'm very pleased with the management how they our very professional, caring, and attentive. Erica and Vanessa the managers went out of their way to help me and retain me as a tenant, that is priceless . The rest of the staff our very congenial, professional, and they our very diligent workers. The maintenance worker Chelsey was very prompt in helping replace my defective appliances in my residence and she seemed very happy and content with her job. Over-all I give Regency palms Apartments an A+ , it was like the Residential property management put a major metamor

Love living here the maintenance is excellent. David was very professional and super helpful and getting my blinds up , to let that beautiful California sun in 🌞

🚩Bed bugs🚩, cockroaches, spiders, mold, mushrooms, oh my! Tons of homeless cats because of residents leaving their animals behind. Residents neglecting their animals and the office doing nothing about it. Filthy community that lacks any proper maintenance or upkeep. Non responsive office and maintenance team, when I found bed bugs in my apartment on a Friday I didn't hear from the office until Tuesday even when I called the "emergency maintenance line" I was scolded for how I handled the situation when I had no guidance from the management after many attempts to reach out. The office is so unprofessional it is sickening, literally. Between the bed bugs, mold, and abusive office staff- etc I have been physically sick living in this community. The laundry on property is always filthy and unk

Hello, I had DAVID replaced our window. He took care of it very very quickly give him I gave him like a five star man. He was very good. He’s a good employee. Nice window kitchen window looks good
