Regency Oaks Apartments

It's a quiet neighborhood, and they do allow pets. It's apartment living, but it has the plus of not having upstairs neighbors stomping around. John the manager could probably use more help with maintenance and upkeep, as these are older apartments (built in 1987) and need extra TLC. He's worked to improve the appearance of fences, signs and sidewalks, and even used his personal time to put in flower beds near the office as a nice touch. All in all they're on the pricey side for the size (600 sq ft) and age, but what I needed when I moved here was that it was built sturdy, and allows pets, and that still applies.

Roach infestation, linoleum not glued down and overlapping, holes in screens and missing one. Drip pans don't fit stove. Complained about refrigerator and replaced with one that worse, seals broke. Can't open closet doors. But at least it's quiet 🤫.

The landlord John is the best. He's always available and get. Things handled promptly. Great place to stay

For me it's quiet, i've seen some changes when new maintenance guy got hired. He got garden by the dumpsters and in front of the office.He seems to care the place. He respond immediately when there's issues addressed. Management is good.

I would give Regency Oaks Apartments 0 stars. The place is roach infested, and the property manager(s) won't do anything about it. Maintenance requests are either ignored or handled poorly. This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Always pay on time but it matters none. Cabinets are falling apart, but maintenance just said “damn”. There are tons of mold issues. Persistent bug infestations affect multiple units. There are drugs within the premises, and I've seen frequent changes in property management—three different managers during my tenancy. Water floods into the house due to broken AC units, with the most recent incident happening today. Neighboring units are infested with bed bugs, and there's a complete lack of maintenance services since there's no maintenance
