****update 10/27/25*** I want to clarify that I don’t recommend using RedDoor. We paid for a chef’s kitchen, but all the appliances have issues. We have been without a functional microwave for over a month, and yesterday, one of the dishes broke after only after not even two months of use. Additionally, they attempted to conceal a chip in the door by touching it up with white crayon. When I reported this, they tried to play games with the situation. ********* I want to offer an honest and detailed review to assist anyone considering building a property with Red Door. Really glad we decided to go with Red Door Homes, Dillon was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability. Our home build starts tomorrow with our builder Aaron! My husband and I are excited and extremely thankful! Update: Our home is dried in and now we wait for the inside to be complete. We unfortunately have hit a few set backs which in turn pushed our completion date back a total of 2 months.

Great people to work with. We are building our dream house. Red door homes have great employees that are very knowledgeable with the process it takes to build a house. We are enjoying working with them.

I have been working with Red Door Homes in Winterville for about 6 months and everyone has been so friendly and knowledgeable! We will be breaking ground very shortly and I am looking forward to this experience with the Red Door team.

**** i have to edit my review**** Let me start by saying if every business had a Caleb Seavey there would never be a " going out of business sign" This guy is great!!! Communication is a tool that he has mastered!! We have been informed every step of the way with pictures and phone calls. I have asked questions (just personnal info on items) and they were not answered in the beginning. First thing he did was ask did i have any question or concerns. Everything answered in a couple hours. He has us weeks ahead of scheduled. Red door do not let him get away!!!!! There is no way we can be any happier unless yal have a big refund for me lol!!!! End of edit Have been shopping for someone to build a new retirement home. After months we chose Red door!
