I called and connected with Realtor Teri Brown since July and told her I would be coming to NC from Miramar Florida to view houses for my retiredment home . She said she would send me homes by email to view never receive them. After calling her several times on the way to NC. Our appointment was to give her as much time as she need to show me homes. I was staying for a week. She never did see me. Always something came up a wasted trip and very unprofessional she didn't make schedule appointments and when she did communicate it was by text not phone . Who ever use COLDWELL BANKERS on tar Village rd. N.C please do your home work. Find a professional on time, Realtor. Ridiculous unprofessional, she made me hate N.C with people like her.

First time home buyer. Ms. Brown was available from the very beginning. Took her time to view homes, information, and educate. Great experience for my very first time. Made my family, and myself, feel at ease. Would recommend Ms. Brown to any, and everyone. She was with me every step of the way and I feel privileged to have met her.
