Tammy Perry, who is an agent with this company, rented a house from me for several years. This house was brand new (literally) when she moved in. She continued to promise me throughout the years, and it was in the contract, that the house would be returned to me in the same condition when she moved out. She was asked to leave the end of last month and the house is TOTALLY destroyed. I am having to replace all the floors, the woodwork has been devastated, there has been water leakage that was never reported, walls are having to be replaced. And the filth was beyond explanation. I am not sure I could ever trust an agent who lived like this...and she raised children in this house!
