Jackson Place Apartments

I have lived at this apartment community for the past 2 years and have never had any problems. The property manager is great and quick to answer for emergencies. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The upkeep of the apartment is great too! They change air filters and check smoke detectors every 3 months which is great compared to the last community I lived in. Plan on staying here until I can afford to buy a house!

This is a great place to live! I recently moved in with my husband after we got married this past summer. As the previous reviews state, the apartments are up to date. The neighborhood is diverse, quiet, and everyone has been so kind. Maintenance answers requests quickly and promptly even after hours. Management is on top of things as well and they were very understanding with my husband and I after we got married and I was still trying to get my paperwork in. Highly recommend living here.

I have lived here at Jackson Place for over two years. I have nothing but positive things to say about my time here. Upon moving in, the apartment was very clean and had all updated appliances. Maintenance is always on top of things when a request is put in. Landscaping is excellent as well. I have never felt unsafe here, in my opinion this is a great place to live and I am blessed to call it home.

This is my first apartment and very glad I chose this place over many others I checked out. The area is nice and neighborhood is peaceful with great neighbors. The landlord is very responsive and has helped me navigate well through the process. The rent is easy to pay and no hassle. The apartment itself is great and I have no complaints. Backyard area is also plenty spacious for a grill and hangout area.

Moved in and the toilet was leaking from bottom. It took weeks to get maintenance to look at it and discovered toilet had been replaced and no wax gasket put on... leak was actually sewage. Toilet began to run non-stop and shutoff valve did not work. After weeks of requesting maintenance to repair it, I bought and replaced the flush valve myself. (Which was fun since the water couldn’t be shut off.) I gave the old flush valve to the property manager and he only offered to repay me for the parts. Sink began to constantly drip... cold water valve would not shut off. You guessed it, weeks pass and they FINALLY fixed it. Property owner changed to Meridian. When my year contract ran out, they raised rent $100. Claimed it was due to remodeling the apartments, but mine was never updated
