Big thanks to Kimberly Miller for our new rental! She was very caring and compassionate when hearing my story and went over and above to help my family get approved! I've been here 2 months and my air conditioner went out. I called Giselle and explained our issue ( having a 5 day old newborn) and they had the air conditioning company out the same evening! Thank you guys for your professionalism!

You'll have someone constantly checking your rental. They do not give deposits back, they'll find any excuse not too. Take too long for repairs. I would choose Coldwell realty any time over this place for rentals. Kim Miller is unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and run from this place. The negative comments are basically the reality of the treatment you'll get from these people. Don't waste your energy or money here. Shop elsewhere.

Excellent Customer Service !! They truly help you find a property to rent. Not only do they help you get a rental but they are available for any circumstance you come a cross in your rental. Kim, Marty, Micky and Carol are wonderful. Great experience!

Would not recommend this company. Hired this agency to manage my rental property in lehigh. Myself living in ft myers. After their first call for a technician to come out to check the A/C, i told them to call me first with all issues because the A/C was new and still under warranty. A couple of months later I receive the rent check that was $600 dollars short. When i called Kim to inquire why i didnt receive a call, she said “i dont have to call you. If you read your contract,i dont have to call you for anything.” I told her i notified your team i would like to be called for any repairs. She said they dont take verbal orders and again according to the contract, they dont have to notify me. Also renewed the lease without my signature or approval. Again stating they dont need my permission a
