Realty Solutions is great! I had a really good experience working with the property manager. They took the time to explain the Resident Benefits Package and made sure all my questions were answered. The process was easy and stress-free.

As a buyer, I was disappointed with my experience. Communication felt inconsistent, and I often found myself following up for updates. I did not feel sufficient due diligence was done on properties and was encouraged to consider higher-than-average offers without clear supporting data. As a first-time home buyer, I expected more guidance throughout the process. I shared my concerns with the broker, but did not notice improvement, and often felt I needed to take a more active lead. Ultimately, I did not feel confident that I was being positioned to achieve the best possible outcome.

I never leave a negative review, but I would leave zero stars if I could. We signed a lease with Realty Solutions in Sept 2024, and it was quite possibly the biggest mistake I've ever made. We moved into our apartment only to find out one month in that it was infested with roaches. We reached out to maintenance multiple times to rectify this issue, and we were told that any pest control services had to be paid for by us. That already felt absurd, but we paid for it anyway because we were desperate. The roach infestation never got better, and they refused to treat the remainder of the building. I spent over $1,500 out of pocket on pest control expenses. After 8 months of living with roaches all over my kitchen, no matter how much I cleaned it, I had enough. I reached out to break my lease

My girlfriend and I had gotten an apartment managed by this company. They delayed in getting us the proper paperwork, MAJORLY. We had looked into an apartment and were not able to get to the lease until weeks later because of “complications” which really just seemed like people weren’t even doing their job. This was for an apartment that was listed as “available now”. How come we were able to look at the place, decide on it, let y’all know we were ready, and y’all didn’t get back to us for weeks? After the lease had been signed, we had everything ready to move, we had been given the key to our apartment, and then couldn’t even get into the building.
