Audubon Arms Apartments

I have lived here since 2017. The office and maintenance staff are very efficient. Anytime I may need help with something personal or for my apartment they are willing to help. Since I moved in the property has been cleaned up and the lobby was redone with new furniture and rugs.since the new lot was done I always have parking. Would recommend living here.

Clements Court has been a great experience. The grounds are well-kept and the location is convenient for public transportation as well as walking distance to grocery store, pet store, pharmacy, post office, and several dining spots. Kaitlyn was amazing! She made the application and move-in process very easy and she was very responsive to any questions I had along the way.

My mom lives here and she loves it. The property manager is extremely nice and very accommodating. The maintenance has quickly taken care of the few minor issues she has had! The apartments are clean and spacious with a good layout. The area is nice as well. I always feel safe and comfortable while visiting my mom.

Though having moved in only a little over a month ago, the experience of living at Gladmar Court has been enjoyable. The neighborhood is very walker- friendly, with shops, the public library and my bank all less than a mile away. Save for the unsettling disturbances caused by one tenant, I nonetheless feel that management is handling this situation as promptly and as professionally as they are able, and I am, thus far, very pleased to live here.

I’ve lived here since 2014. The management & maintenance teams are fabulous. If there is a problem, they always provide a quick, helpful response all the time.
