Micah and Dakota were representing the buyer of our property. They first walked the premises doing a thorough personal inspection. Then brought the buyer they described as a real estate investor and entrepreneur. They reiterated many times that this was an “AS IS” offer with no contingencies. We made full disclosures of all deficiencies including an appropriate two foot square water damage stain very early on. They then hired an inspector that said there was moisture at that location. And would need a $7,500 price reduction to close escrow. I guess I really that I had someone special when Dakota told me “Larry we have your best interest in mind”

Gerry Sykes is very rude and unprofessional. I would never put my property up for sale with a business that has someone like that working. Very disappointed.
