These people are absolutely disgusting and so are their buildings . I've live in one of their apartments for 2 years and they NEVER fixed the bells. They're "parking lot" has no spots. The building is always closed to anyone trying to stop by in person. They will steal your money and say you didn't give them exactly 30 days before you move. The lady Ivy acts nice until you actually move in. They will charge you for everything make up a fake date that you moved out and send you to collection. If you love hood living and pure robbery you'll love them

Reported about mold in our apartment due to poor ventilation and insulation around the windows. Realty management systems thinks that a bleach spray will fix it instead of actually solving the issue which has to do with poor ventilation around the windows causing condensation which then are leading to moisture and water damage. No one seems to care about my family's health and well being. No one ever came to fix all the damages done after a extreme water leak due to defect pipes installed by the management company. Not to mention that they builing at 400 Highland terrace has the most disgusting laundry room ever filled with rust filled machines whixh never works and only steals your money!!!

This realty sucks. They over charge you for apartments that they can’t maintain. There was a hole in my ceiling from a leak that happened which took them weeks to repair. The building is getting increasingly roach infested and when I called to complain the customer service rep told me to go to CVS and buy pest control! Then proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I didn’t let the exterminator in, when they never sent us any prior notice to his arrival! Let’s not even get started on the door buzzer that never has and probably never will work, which is a hassle to tenants and their visitors. They’re inattentive to tenant concerns to say the least. I’m extremely shocked they also had the audacity to raise the rent when they do absolutely nothing for us. Total ripoff and waste of a lease,

Unprofessional, Rude! They do not know how to run an org. and they treat their renters who pay their salaries like horrible human beings. Iris is one of their employees and she is one of the worst ones. She calls renters to intimidate and laugh at them.

Wow, talk about slumlords. Sunny and his band of crooks will mismanage any property, cut corners wherever possible and shirk any duties required by law -- and forget about common decency. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
