Just signed a lease and moved in, and have nothing but positive feedback! The place is in a convenient location of Chatham just a few blocks from the center, and the 1BR unit I got is quiet, clean, and spacious, with new appliances as well. Shaheer helped me out with the leasing process and he was really responsive and friendly, taking the time to answer all of my questions and guiding me through the online leasing process, which was convenient. Shout out to Jennifer as well, who gave me a guided tour of the unit and helped set me up for move-in.

Our experience has been excellent from the very beginning. Shaheer was the first person we spoke with, and he was exceptionally professional, attentive, and helped us secure a great deal that matched our needs perfectly. After moving in, Jennifer, the property manager, provided outstanding support and made the transition smooth and stress-free. I moved to Chatham from Summit due to unforeseen circumstances, just a day before Thanksgiving 2024. Jennifer Diaz, the current property manager, was nothing less than a godsend—from her professionalism to her genuine care for tenants' welfare. It seems as if she never takes a day off! She patiently walked me through tours of several apartments a few weeks before my move, and I eventually found the perfect one. This is my first time living in New Jersey since we moved from out of state. I had an really good experience contacting the leasing office, specifically Shaeer Williams. He was super cooperative and since we weren't able to physically see the apartment, he even sent us a HD video of the actual unit, something a lot of other apartment complexes did not do. He had very clear communication and Jennifer Diaz also helped us move in smoothly on the day of. So far I really enjoy the environment around us and I'd definitely recommend living here!
