I really like the home. However I feel like calling it a 4 bedroom Is a stretch. The two small rooms down stairs are hardly bedrooms with no closets. Other than that I love the house! Super cute and great back yard. And I loved the deck!

We have been with Reliant for almost 1 year now and they have been pleasant to work with. If there was an issue (broken kitchen window), it was promptly repaired. I'm not a perfect human being with a perfect past. Reliant was willing to work with me and now we have a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood!! Thanks guys and gals at Reliant! Happy New Year!

I did like the layout of the home, and the unfinished basement is a plus. There were a few issues i found in the home. The Refrigerator was dirty and missing shelves, the towel rack in master bedroom is missing. I also wanted to ask if a German Shepherd will be accepted. He’s 5yrs old, I have him extremely well trained as a loving nature. I’m in the process of training him for the P.A.W.S. Program.

Well we just moved into our new place and turns out it had Roaches, took almost a week to get out here. The lady said they cleaned EVERYTHING, the cabinets and drawers had some sticky stuff everywhere, dead bugs, mold, bug poop and bug eggs, the carpets were SOAKED in dog pee. The A/C is out and has been for 5 days. Not a word back on it. And the fluorescent light in the kitchen blew out. It's one thing after another. My fiancée and I spent A LOT of money to move in here. $1275/month AND IT'S NOT EVEN LIVEABLE! Lying to your clients and playing it off as the truth is nasty behavior. That within itself has got me LIVID. You all need to get better landlords to work for you all. Below are some pictures of the "CLEANING" they did. Just plain unacceptable.

I enjoyed getting to view the apartment I looked at, being able to view with just a code to unlock door was also very accommodating. Just hope I will be approved to rent because I'm so tired of living out of a hotel. So ready to have a home for my family and I with all of our stuff and belongings. God Bless and always push forward❣
