Meadowood

Recently moved in. I had the easiest time with the whole process. Judy is super informative and kind, keeps me updated on every single thing. I've met the neighbors, all nice folks, even helped me move in! Super quiet around here too. Im thankful for the staff that work so hard to make this place a nice place to live.

Under the old Property Management, this place was terrible - unexpectedly dirty, not reflecting the website, falling apart. We moved cross-country and were greatly disappointed. BUT under Morgan Property Management, it is really turning around! They are really on top of maintenance requests, they are fixing a ton of issues, and have quality communication! Neighbors are very friendly, and the park is nearby.

Absolutely gorgeous place and ms. Judy is lovely, she has helped me with everything and anything and has been so welcoming! 10/10 place

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! First of all It is insanely overpriced almost at $1000 a month for a one bedroom that isn’t even nice. They claimed the carpet was brand new but when I used a carpet cleaner on it it was as dirty as could be. The water was almost black it was so dirty. The ac systems are super old and don’t work very well. The patio section is complete trash the fence around it is rotting away and they don’t want to fix anything. Also when they did radon testing they put it in a very high traffic area by electronics which is known to mess with the radon test. Its just all around not a good place to live

Judy is a great office manager that is always willing to help if anything occurs. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 for meadowood cause maintenance issues take a while to sometimes fix if they aren't crucial ones. I want to point out this is not our maintenance mans fault but Elon properties. This place is big enough it needs 2. But I've lived here 5 1/2 years and enjoy the staff and neighbors.
