When I was in commercial real estate, I never used a property manager — and that led to several unnecessary headaches. Our experience with RPM has been rather smooth from the beginning. Initially, we were hesitant not dealing with a person as everything was done digitally without even speaking to an RPM representative. However, the process was efficient & swift. Our tenancy has continued to be the same. The few issues we've had have been quickly addressed via the tenant portal. The only reason I didn't give them 5-stars is because we've only heard from the property manager once in two years. No one has ever checked in to ask if we have questions or need anything otherwise.

RPM of the Traid has provided great customer skills to me. The application is super easy and the move process is complete electronically. I was able to pick up my key from the leasing office. Shoutout to Felicia, Darwin and Tanya. Yall went over and beyond. Thank you again.

One start because zero is not an option. Renters and homeowners beware. I had a highly disappointing experience with this property management company due to repeated failures to meet basic legal and professional standards. The company did not appear to conduct proper due diligence when managing the property and failed to ensure compliance with applicable state laws and housing codes, some of which were blatantly obvious like proper zoning, adequate heat, and safety measures like proper exits. Throughout the tenancy and move-out process, I received inconsistent and misleading information, and key responsibilities were repeatedly deflected rather than addressed, specifically by one of the property managers that ultimately lead to a review of their NC Real Estate License. Utilizing Real Property Management of the Triad to market my property was a very good idea. The process is streamlined and efficient and saves a lot of time for me. I only wish it would have been priced a bit more competitively up front to hit the appropriate target market sooner. I am otherwise satisfied with service in this regard.
