Slum Lord!!!! I’m sorry I’ve ever did business with them. Some of the biggest roaches ever, in their apartment. Give you an apartment dirty and expect you to give it back clean. Excessive, late charges designed to keep you poor. Kelly the boss, one of the meanest, ruthless, nastiest attitude person I’ve had a conversation with by far. If you’re looking for a completely terrible property management company towards a renter you found it. As an owner you should be ashamed of yourself letting them handle your properties. Please beware of that property on Langley, they are not going to give you appliances that work that’s not infested with roaches. They literally fixed my windows with plexiglass tape. They rented the apartment as an all electric apartment only to find out the furnace is gas and

I absolutely love this company! The staff has been the absolute best. The maintenance staff has always been concerned about safety of my kids and I and are very quick to complete work orders. Kendra has always been the sweetest, attentive, and great with communication. I would recommend this company to all!!

We were told that there shouldn’t be an issue with approval due to great feedback from previous landlord. I paid the 100 dollar application fee but then was denied due to credit. We even visited 3+ properties with keys. Next, Kendra Pope came back to say that the landlord’s positive referral only bypassed my husband’s criminal background not our payment history, no eviction history nor late fees. We have always paid our dues. This company gives false information for an easy 100 dollar application fee. Be aware. They are not an advocate for honest hard working people. This is very disheartening and disappointing. Never again.
