Misty has been amazing! She was referred to us by a friend in Clarksville, TN as we were planning to move to the Enterprise area for my husband's training down at Rucker. Our housing on base fell through for our time crunch and Misty worked her butt off for us to make sure we were able to not only find us the perfect house, show it to us virtually (and in person!), get under contract and close all within a short time period before having to PCS. She was communicative and talked us through every step and was super quick with the paperwork as soon as she received it. Once she found out something that needed to be passed along, it was immediate. 10/10 would recommend again!

Misty made the process of buying a new construction home (sight unseen) extremely smooth and stress-free! She was always responded quickly to any questions we had. She went above and beyond! Misty is the best realtor we have ever used, hand down. She has a lot of knowledge regarding military and PCS moves, which was very helpful for our situation. I would recommend her to anyone moving due to a PCS or moving locally within the area. She has great relationships with the builders in town, as well.
