Very poor property management!! Bug and mice infestation! I have rented from this company for 4 years total..my first rental with him was great! But I was also paying close to 900 a month. Now I'm paying 650 a month and for what? Just goes to show that this landlord will only scratch your back if you scratch his. Renters beware...you pay for what you receive.
-5 rating... He does not care about people and their families. I had to leave the area and I trusted this man to take good care of my property instead he was extremely derelict in his duties and let my property go to the dogs. The condition of my family home was uninhabitable! This placed an excessive burden on me as a single parent!
Great service! Friendly, smiling people. 98% organic, non gmo and AWESOME!
