Have inquired about multiple properties. Every time it goes no where. I simply ask to tour and they bombard me with questions that don’t seem to be relevant. Wanting pictures of my animals and asking how much I pay now for rent. And why I want to move. They ignore the questions I have. Seems unprofessional so my replies weren’t very professional either. Sent me an application for a place but refused to let me tour. Seems like a scam I don’t know.

Ron (owner that doesn't even live in this state) and his little errand girl Nicole refuse to reply when told about important issues like water leaking from the ceiling. they let another business have broken windows for over a week, they do not plow or maintain ANYTHING AT ALL. they don't care about their tenants or their commercial rentals either. do not rent from them, do not waste your money. they also will rent out spots to the exact same business right by yours. they have one number listed and have never answered the phone once.takes a week to get a text back. this is the next Andrew wold event. literal definition of a slumlord.

RDF Properties would do a much better job at helping it's community get into it's apartments by posting on their website what their very minimal credit score is that they will accept. This should be mandated by federal law. Hands down. This way every individual that applies wont have to suffer the pain and consequences of losing $40.00 dollars.

I scheduled a showing for a rental. Was the first available showing. Took time off work. (the property apparently is still inhabited.) So my appointment was canceled. So if the lease is in limbo and you are negotiating with the current tenants. Why are you willing to waste my time......... So QC stop renting from out of state actors.

We had a showing scheduled for the better part of a week and they canceled ours because they decided to schedule a different showing at the same time.
