this company is awful. they tried to blame me for damage in the apartment below mine but the same thing happened in my apartment but there was no one above me to blame. they took me to court and I won but as soon as the judgement ended they filled on me again. they locked me out and kept EVERYTHING I OWNED even though the sheriff told them they had to let me have my stuff they kept EVERYTHING and had my car towed. The maintenance man was SO INAPPROPRIATE I couldn't let him in my apartment when I was home alone because I was afraid of him. he was so rude and always making sexually inappropriate comments and he busted through my front door trying to take pictures of my apartment. don't rent from this company unless you want to lose Everything you own and end up homeless.

These apartments are spacious and fit all my current needs. So far management has a decent response time when attending our needs, and after living here for almost a year we’ve had no serious safety concerns besides a homeless guy stealing one of our solar walkway lights. Both of the bedrooms have closets and are spacious (main bedroom has a walk in closet). The laundry room could perhaps have more than a single washer and dryer, but they’re available most of the time and you need a key code to access it. Our current neighbors are not noisy and are actually very friendly, so far a very good experience for my first time as a renter. Cons- *Laundry room only has one washer and one dryer. *Parking lot in the back is not gated, and I heard that it is better not to park your car there due to br

Worst experience of living anywhere in my life these last few months since new management RCM SoCal has been in charge it has been like watching slow death with apartments not being taken care of, continuing to be abandoned to the point that people think my apartment is abandoned and I’ve had people try to break in

Their properties are well maintained and secure. My manager JD was very helpful and quick to move me in. If I had any concerns regarding anything, JD would respond and take action in a timely manner. My apartment is on the second floor and has a great view of the pool.

They never answer calls for anything. If they want business and new renters they don't seem to really be serious considering no matter what hours you call when they are open they don't return calls. They won't give the contact information of the other managers for a viewing or your information to the managers . They certainly won't accomadate anyone who needs wheelchair access apartments . Reporting them to the BBB.
